Our state of the art floating wood floor in our Group Exercise room is designed specifically for performance, shock absorption and comfort for your joints.
No waiting for a class! Take one when YOUR schedule permits!
Our 70 yard turf field is one of a kind in the triad! We organize adult soccer and flag football leagues on our turf! If you have a family membership, you can use the turf to run around with your kids when its available.
We have 3 Basketball Courts, so grab some friends of fellow members and play a “pick-up” game.
Our Kids Club has activities for all ages. Workout with the peace of mind knowing your children are having fun and being cared for by our staff.

Our mens locker room is spacious with showers & plenty of lockers! If you’d like you can rent a locker so getting ready for work is easy!
Our women’s locker room is comfortable and beautifully decorated with granite and tile!
Women can rent their own locker as well.
The Men’s and Women’s locker rooms each have their own sauna!
